Be An Insulin Buddy for Someone You Love, Please!

Majid Ali, M.D.

For all my patients with chronic illnesses, I prescribe an “Insulin Buddy,” a study-partner to learn, understand, and know the root cause of weight gain, obesity, diabetes, and chronic inflammatory-immune disorders. To learn the scientific facts of these health problems, we need to know what insulin toxicity is, how it develops, and how it can be reversed. This can be a challenge in the beginning and this where an insulin buddy comes into the picture, who can be a family member or a friend. Who will help whom more, you or your insulin buddy? Time alone will tell.

Insulin Toxicity Is the Scourge of Our Time

It is my sad prediction that nearly 70% of the world population will be insulin-toxic by 2040. This means they will have diabetes. The first lesson in my free Insulin Toxicity Course is that insulin toxicity predates the development of diabetes by five to fifteen years or more. This means that insulin-toxic individuals suffer cellular and tissue injury for years, sometimes decades, before they are diagnosed with diabetes and then are given drugs that further fan the fires of insulin toxicity.

The Basis of My Prediction

One of every two Chinese in a 90,000 person tested was found to have prediabetes or diabetes in a study published in the Journal of American Medical Association in November 2014. About 40% of the U.S. population is now prediabetic or diabetic. These, I believe, are conservation estimates. People of all regions of the world are following the fott-steps of the Chinese and the Americans.

How Do You Find An Insulin-Buddy?

Read this short article a second time. I leave the answer to your imagination.
