Cholesterol fights fermentation, inflammation, and insulin toxicity. Most readers will find many aspects of articles in my cholesterol library surprising – enjoyable and informing as well, I hope. Many readers will be incredulous at some of my statement. Many doctors are likely to be annoyed, some of them might be outraged. Here is a sampling of such statement.

A heart attack is an acute deficiency of ATP generation energy. Cholesterol is essential for the ATP production.

In my writing, radio, and television work, I strive hard not to subordinate ethics to ideology. I define ethics as the study of the consequences of one’s action on others. Ethics is also the study of the consequences of one’s inaction on others when action is needed. If some doctors are offended by my opening statement, I hope they will read this book and then decide if I have succumbed to ideology and subverted my ethics.
